Aftonbladet is reporting that the winner of Eurovision 2015 Måns Zelmerlöw will be hosting the 2016 contest in Stockholm.
According to the newspaper the deal is nearly complete with just minor formalities left to be agreed. It is understood that Måns will be the main presenter of the show and will not be taking a minor role such as green room host or special guest.
The Eurovision winner has previous experience as the host of Melodifestivalen in the past and will be the first former Eurovision winner to take on the full presenting role since 2012 when Eldar was part of the presenting team in Baku.
It is not yet known is he will be joined on stage by other presenters or will be presenting by himself like Petra Mede in 2013.
